1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from Field & Florence, in accordance with the New Zealand Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices are confirmed at the time of checkout.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to product availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping

We ship within New Zealand only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Someone aged 18 or older must be available to receive the delivery and provide identification if requested.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of alcohol products, we can only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Responsible Drinking

Field & Florence promotes responsible consumption of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service where we believe alcohol may be supplied to minors or intoxicated persons.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Field & Florence and is protected by copyright law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
